ooooh~~ just celebrated my bday & my younger sissy's bday.. coz her bday is today (1st dec) & mine's yesterday (30th nov).. & my elder bro's 2 days ago (29th nov).. i think my mum did it on purpose.. haha..

went to vivocity (again!! haha) with my darling to celebrate my bday.. we watched 'open season'!!! the characters in the show r sooo cute & funny!! i think that the graphic & animation r very well done, coz the big grizzly bear's fur looked so real~!! kewl~~

after the movie, we went to this art & craft shop to paint a ceramic doraemon figurine~ haha.. i think the place is meant for kids as the chairs and tables r all so tiny.. but who cares~ .. we did such a great job with the painting that all the passer-bys stopped & ooohed~ and ahhh~ at the doraemon.. haha.. *smirks*.. (maybe becoz our painting skill is much much better compared to that of the kids ard us. but nah~~~ we're just good la.. haha)

after the painting project, we went for dinner at sushi tay (name changed to protect identity of the co.) again!! coz i simply love the food there!! i'm so in love with saba shio~~ slurp~~~

after dinner, we shopped around and went cam-whoring.. haha.. see~

in the evening, we went back to tampines to shop for my sissy's bday present.. a black adidas watch~ then went to a place full of nostalgic memories.. the cafe cattle (name changed to protect the identity of the place [again, haha]) !!! yea.. we used to go there every night after i finish work when i was still in my sales job (coz that's the only place that's still open at 11pm). its been a year since we've last been there.. time really flies huh.. aWw~~~

back at home, my bro, kacua (bro's gf) and i prepared a SURPRISe for my sissy at 12am. haha.. we hid in my room with a candle-lit cake and sang bday song to her when she comes in.. and gave her the presents~~ so sweet hor.. i think she's so lucky to have me as her sis.. hahahahaha.. *pukes*

oh ya.. at 12am on my bday, they did the same thing to me.. but just abit smellier (literally)!! haha.. coz they sprayed this foamy bubble all over my room and it has got some 'fishy' smell.. eeew~..haha.. even though i couldnt breathe with that foul smell ard me, & even though my room looked like it just snowed as foam was all over on my bed, table, laptop, floor, & even though my room was so sticky after that, i was so touched ~~ haha.. i love my siblings~ and kacua.. haha..

well.. that's all for today.. getting bored with blogging.. i find it a chore to post entries.. but i must not let my blog die again!!!! Haiz. jia you.. so long then..

pre-bday

went for the flash imp (name changed to protect co. identity) fitting just now with lesslee (name changed to protect her identity).. i will have to wear a red cheongsam for the show!!! hahaha.. and they r gonna alter the cheongsam alot coz its way too big for me.. the armpit holes are so huge that i can stick my leg inside!! haha..

hmm.. i think i'm gonna be those kelafair that walk around in a cheongsam, holding a scoreboard for the result of the battle.. either that or i'll be the one escorting the guest-of-honour (if any) to the stage or something like that.. hurhur.. and doing just that, i will get a $100 voucher!!! wooo~

my blog is still alive!!!

finally revamped my blog.. its been so long..haha.. i'm proud to say that my blog is still alive~!! although its been forgotten for more than half a year.. haha..

after the last time i posted an entry, i ended up in a hospital.. , and after i was discharged, i had to catch up on my projects, study for a math test that i know nuts about due to missed classes, and had a few papers before the end of semester.. then went for teaching assistantship programme at gri*****s primary sch for a few weeks, then back to nie.. then went thru the same hectic schedules in the new sem, lotsa projects.. i survived!!!

2 more months next year & i'll be free from nie!! yea!!! enough of assgs and tests.. and on to real lesson plans for real students in real schools!!! (for the rest of my life.......................)

right now is the middle of the sem-break.. i'm happily doing nothing and wasting my time away.. haha.. & i'm tryin to slim down & tone up by going for yoga & combat classes once a week at "thru-yOgar" (name changed to protect the identity of the co. ). it has been quite a torture so far , as i end up with muscle aches and back pains after every lesson.. but i think its worth it.. coz at least i'm on my way to being slim again!! 24inch jeans, I'LL CONQUER U AGAIN!!

i went to vivocity yesterday with keR-Ris(name changed to his protect identity) to celebrate the last day of his exams!!! its a great day~~ we went shopping, sight-seeing, photo-taking, and being the glutton that i am, the highlight of the day was lunch and dinner!! haha.. lunch was at thai express .. i had seafood green curry and he had honey-glazed chicken.. the chicken was fabulous - sweet and crunchy, but the curry is abit too salty for my liking.. dinner was at sushi tei!!! we requested for a sea-view seat and the ambience was so nice ~ i was enjoying the scenery when i saw 4 - 5 people standing less than 5 m away from me ..smOking.. although we were separated by a glass pane & i couldnt smell any fumes, i feel that they have spoilt the scenery.. and the worst thing is, they just chuck their ciggie butts on the lovely wooden tiles and walk away after satisfying their hunger for nicotine.. tsk.tsk. BAD!! but still, its a super happy day =)

speaking of smoking, i'm so proud of sharrrnneill (name changed to protect her identity)~~ she managed to quit smoking by taking nicotine gum, after smoking for more than 10 years!! (25 Oct, 2006) heehee.. i believe that everyone can quit smoking, with the right amount of determination.

Food is connected to the brain

i was feeling so irritated just now that i felt like screaming at anyone who tries to talk to me.. fortunately there are no unlucky victims (excluding my dog).

what made me mad
No. 1 my super untidy room with paper and books strewned all over my table and shelves making any work other than typing on my laptop impossible (so messy that i only had a small space on the table to rest my elbows) and worst of all, i could not find my photocopied resources for the maths LP!! coz they are all hidden beneath the mountains of rubbish in my room!! i spent a few hours running to and fro from red-spot section to e photocopier coz we can only borrow 1 book max at a time and if i misplaced my hard-work, i think i will consume everything in my fridge. and then i will get fatter n fatter... irritating right??!!!
No. 2 my stomach hurts like hell. really like hell. it feels just like menstrual cramps even though i am not having it. n coz doc says drink plenty of water, i drowned myself with water and gotta go to the toilet every half hour.. irritating right?!!!??
No. 3 i have so many different ideas for my LP that i feel are all quite interesting till i can't make up my mind on one.. which means that i can't do anything else after SIO n intro. irritating right?!!??

therefore, to solve my problem systematically, i clear up my room and successfully filed all my notes into the respective ring-files.. found my stack of photocopied resources (yeah~).. looked through syllabus to double check.. n typed out my SIO!! n not forgetting my frequent visits to the toilet.
i was still feeling irritated.. until i remembered that i still had that carrot cake from old chang kee that i haven't eat yet.. that cheered me up almost immediately!! now i am happy eating my carrot cake and blogging so that i will remember next time... that whenever i am feeling irritated or in a bad mood.. always have old chang kee carrot cake nearby.

today is wednesday.. right in the middle of term break. so far, other

than being able to sleep till 10am every morning,

it doesn't feel like a term break at all.. i actually

worked harder than during normal sch days.. haha..

if i woke up earlier every morning, i would have more time to work

on my assgs..

if i spent less time having snacks breaks, i would be able to

concentrate better on my assgs..

if i stayed at home everyday, i would be able to complete

more stuff..

if my room was neat, i would waste less time searching for

my notes..

so.. what if i woke up early, snacked less, stayed @ home

& tidied my room?

Happenings on a busy morning..

its only 11:39am.. and i already created 2 disasters..

first of all, i stained my favourite white mango top a bright yellow. then, i dyed my brown topshop tank top a dark navy blue. not that i have been painting.. i was just experimenting with hand-washed clothes..and ended up mixing the wrong coloured clothes to wash together.. on the bright side, luckily i did not dump everything into the washing machine. if not, everything might be.. yellowish-blue?? arhh.. a blessing in disguise ~

my room, which is usually in a mess in the morning, will always be very neat n clean by the time i get home from school. MagIc?? (i have no house-elf, ok?) now, its a mess in the morning, a mess in the evening, a mess everyday........ coz my maid has gone home.. booo hooo~~

sigh... after 2 years of having a maid at home, i realised that i can't get any household chores done right anymore.. i used to be a pro ok.. but now, i have become a "modern singaporean kid"!!!

hmm.. i got a feeling that this blog of mine can't last long.. as a fairytale character, i have to be secretive so that my identity do not get disclosed. therefore, everything must be fictitious and nothing personal.. therefore, do not believe what u read..

Love is in the air..

2nd year anniversary of celebrating v-day with my 'fiance'!!! He's my 'fiance' now because he got me a diamond ring as v-day gift and because i find it so expensive... i decided to call it my engagement ring so that he won't need to buy another 1 in future. See, i'm so nice right.. haha.. but that's for now la.. maybe i will change my mind (on the not getting another ring part)..

I feel that v-day is that special day for couples to treat each other exceptionally nice, which means no quarelling and they gotta be lovey-dovey all day long..

At first, i was quite disappointed when the day was ending. Then, he told me that as long as we love each other everyday, everyday can be a v-day for us.. hee.. i think that's quite true.. so, everyday is a v-day for me.. coz i am so in love (eeew~ mushy!! *puke*)

first, beginning, number one

i realised that i can no longer write spontaneously. whenever i try to compose a text that consists of more than 4 lines, i will be stuck at the first word for ages.. where did all those years of USSW in school go to?

it actually got worst after being through the grammar module in school..Not only do i have to rack on my brains on how to begin a sentence properly, i am now overly- conscious on whether my sentence structure is proper? whether i have a base form verb after a modal verb? whether my tenses are correct? i know that my grammar isn't perfect..but it doesn't hurt to pretend to be perfect by checking my sentences over and over again right?

from now on, i am to going to USSW regularly.. hee..
